Can you try and convert it to bmp? Maybe that format will work better? I really have no clue just wanted to try and help you. GL *

If your software uses BMP, you can save the JPEG in that format.Or any other format. You may have to resize the design, it might be too large. If that doesn't solve the problem, let me have a look at it. and see what I can do. Might be just your software having a bad day!LOL. Ricky.

MAry try visiting the site below, you join and get 3 FREE tests. you upload your image and it creates a vector image for you in your choice of format. A littl bit of input from you but you will probably enjoy it. I'm having too much trouble trying to send the images to you, Hotmail keeps blocking the emails.
You need someone who has Corel Draw but even then they may have trouble returning the images to you.
Sorry, hnr, M

yep i did i myself have corel draw 3 it came with my corel drawingsx3 guess i need to learn more ther is always something to learn in digitizing

Ok you should be able to open the image in Corel Draw and re-create as a vector image or even WMF. I've never used Corel so not sure of it's exact capabilities or how you do this. I don't use WMF unless it's for a quick, automatically Digitised design. I prefer to digitise manually now because it doesn't matter how poor the quality of the picture or what format it is, you only use the picture as a guide, like tracing. Sorry i couldn't be more help but you can always upload the design to Vectormagic. Did you get any of the reformatted pics i sent? hnr, M

Ok, Mary,I always manually punch my designs.Like Meganne said, like tracing. So any format is fine, but the image has to be clear enough to see most of the detail. I use wmf because it has no background and is good for combining graphics.
