Might meet them part way if they don't leave too early. I just got a $400 long distance ph bill on a plan that I was told was "Unlimited longdistance" Canada and US. I am fighting it for full refund as I was clearly told it would be unlimited. I hate to imagine how much more is being added to the charge from July 16 to today.....my guess, another $300 or more I am sure.... They offered to take $200 off and said sorry rest is mine. I will not stand for it. Please pray justice will be served and I will not have to pay what I was promised and told clearly I would not have to pay for. Thank you.

Oh Joanie, have a great visit with your sis and can't wait to view the new pics. I hate that you were told one thing and charged another. I will be praying for you.

Glad U had a nice trip but sorry 4 the phone bill, Hope u r able to work things out with them *4U. These phone companies seem to have a way of tripping U up. I got rid of my long distance service & cell phones & now use a trak phone where u only pay for mins used. this has saved me around $50.00 a month (more money 4 embroidery designs now)

I never heard of a track ph, but I have to keep this ph service for another 2(?)years yet... that is the contract I have, but can change the services they give any time. I need long distance for friends and family. *4U2

Joanie , Glad your trip was good , Enjoy your visit with your Sis. And stand up to the phone co. If they promised unlimited they should stand by that. Hope you have a signed contract. Good Luck A flower for you.

TY, I did. I plan on phoning them every week day til things are cleared up. I don't have a signed contract, it was changed over the ph when I moved and chg'd my #

I'm glad you had a good trip and would like to see many pictures. About your phone bill, that companies are unbelievable, I was tired of that crap. I changed mine two years ago, my actual company is great, I can call free to Venezuela (my family is there) and can call to Europe and many others places. I can't live without them now.
