I have been to the site, and did purchase the Morehead kids designs. I have not stitched them out, but thought that they were very cute. Have any of the Cute Buddies out there stitched the designs?

This site has alot of licenced copy right protected characters for sale, and says you can make items with them and sell the items. I have always been told you can NOT sell anything with lincenced copyright designs on it and you can never sell the designs themselves either. I have seen on the design cd like dora, disney, for sale in stores says for personal use only. I would be worried about copyright violations. Flower 4 u

I agree with Mary. Aren't these copywrited?? I thought Disney was next to impossible to get, except those loaded into some of the Brother Machines. Someone smarter than me (which is a lot of folks!) let us know about this site. I read the comments and there was ONE that said they had tried to order something from a PO Box in Orgeon, and it wasn't an actual PO box, or something like that. Would like to know if this is a legit site or not.

I know that a lot of the sites I go to always say you can make items to be sold with the design, but can not sell the design. It doesn't say if Gina is an authorized Brother dealer if so she can sell the Disney designs. Also I am not 100% positive but I think the Disney designs only work on Disney machines like the Brother DE 270, I could be wrong. *4all

I would not trust it, so many licensed designs, can't be legit.

There is nothing on this site to indicate it's origon. There is no referrance to any country or any addresses. Best to give it a very wide berth, not worth the hassles,

You should be aware that she is breaking the copyright laws and will likely be caught. If you knowingly buy from her you can also be charged and we all know that you cannot buy and sell Disney designs :-0

Just a "heads up", Cuties, about Embroidery Designs by Gina. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The digitizing might be great, but Disney, NFL, Major League Baseball, Sesame Street, Precious Moments, Marvel Comic characters? Those are all licensed, copyright products. In order to use them, you must pay a hefty license fee, and I would somehow doubt she can recoup those fees, if they were paid, by selling the designs as cheaply as she does. Also, licensed designs, like NFL, cannot be used for sale under ordinary circumstances. I bought Buffalo Bills fabric that was printed right on the selvedge, "for personal use only, not to be made into articles for sale". I e-mailed Gina with some of these questions, and never received a reply. Tread very very carefully here, Cuties!!! I would personally neither purchase or use these designs unless I saw some paperwork stating she had the right to digitize & sell them. I see nothing about this on her website, and no answer to my e-mail would make me suspicious. Marji

I realize that this is an old post, just needed to put my 2 cents worth in here, I did buy designs from Gina. I was not a very experienced digitizer at the time and desperately needed a Harley Davidson logo. the only one I could find was on Gina's site. well I am two days from Christmas, need the logo for a present so I pay for it, not just that logo but at the time I had to buy a set. I test stitched it and it was rubbish. there were big gaps in the design and I could not use it. I have since become a much better digitizer and have produced my own Harley logo.
I did email Gina, very politely, and I wrestled with this. I felt that now that I had my own designs site I would want to know if a customer had a problem so that I could help fix it.
NO REPLY. She clearly could not care less if her costumers are satisfied. I did not ask for a refund, I merely very politely informed her of the experience I had.

I did my own Harley designs and I did have them on my website but I took them down because I was worried about copyright, I contacted Harley Davidson to request permission to use them and they told me they do not give licenses to embroidery digitizers ever. There was an undertone in the email implying that they would turn a blind eye but I did not want to risk it. It is a shame because a lot of people want these designs.
