the computer thinks that I am usung the small hoop instead of thr large hoop. It says my text does fit. But I am using the large hoop the machine is just no reconigizing it. Anyone ever have this problem??? Please help. I have so mant towels to do any I can't do any of it.

I have got a different make of machine, but the same has happened a few times. I then switch the machine off and on again. Make sure the hoop clicks right into place and start again. That normally solves the problem for me. Hope it solves yours as well.

yes a sugguest shuting it off wait a few minutes and start over it usually does the trick.
