I have this sentence at the top of the screen, but, i do not understand this sentence, I do not understand the word tweak, i have not found it in my dictionnary, and I do not understand the words : netword settings

Tweak is to make a small adjustment. Network settings are what is set up in the beginning to keep order of the site.;)
It has to do with getting the site to work as it should do, for instance downloading .pes without hitches, etc.
I think tweak means that they tinkered with and fixed it or changed it. I don't know network settings.
