With high-speed connection for my laptop all week, expected to be here regularly, but! Had a wonderful time, way too short, being doting grandmother, mother, mother-in-law, but no time for computer. Now that I am back home and catching my breath, I am feeling the delayed withdrawal symptoms. What a lot to catch up on. Hope all those who had surgery, health problems, other problems are all recovered or recovering. Love, Lois

Oops, this new format allows me to open 2 comment windows at once and then I lose one. Thank you for noticing. It sounds like a good time to be away and miss the frustrations and withdrawal symptoms, LOL. Glad to be back and will try to get back in the groove as fast as I can.

Thank you. Yes, I had a wonderful time. Nothing like a little child who lights up and comes running for a "BIG HUG" when he sees you. Grandma just melts as you can imagine.

Thank you for noticing. I didn't intend to disappear, but somehow I was kept busy.... You all understand how that goes, I'm sure. From what I have seen so far, there were others who spotted the milestones. I will try to get back to the spotting and fill in my congratulations as I go back through the entries, hope I don't miss too many, hehehe.

I'm glad you had fun. You talking about it all reminded me of my visits. I just loves those grandkids. hehehe My grandma used to call me her "super-special girl" I had to grow up to understand just what she really meant. :-) Thanks for sharing. *4all

Isn't it wonderful? And what a way to start the day when grandson comes in to say 'Wake up Grandma" with a million watt smile and BIG hug. So much better than a plain ole' alarm clock! I do envy those whose family is close by.
