Sheryl, we are so happy you asked - #1 question usually about the flowers - but if you are talking about the little pictures that we add - you do that below - where you answer the quesiton - you will see a tab that says upload image - you have to have a jpg file or bmp file on your pc - click the uplaod image - click the browse button - locate where you file is - click the upload button - then the submit button. If you are meaning the *4U - that we put in the answer - that is the same as marymoore has said. Have fun and give and receive flowers - they add up and the number shows next or under your name.
