Is the "edit answer" button gone? I went to edit one of my answers on a question to add a new site that i found for the post and can't edit the answer anymore.

Oh! what the heck,it happends. she will get over it. My edit answer button is gone, maybe my computer has become as crazy as me.

I think the edit button is only there for a period of time. Just not sure for how long....

It has been there for me today which is about 3 hours after you posted. But seems to be working fine for me.

It has been there for as long has I have been on and off today. I got on about 4 hours ago the first time. Maybe it was just a flook for a minute there.
