They probably got tired of reading my tomato recipes. I did get some good ones. I am making tomato pie now.

No, it is sauteed chopped onions in a prebaked pie shell. Covered with sliced tomatoes and topped with mixture of 1/2 cup Mayonnaise,1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder,salt and pepper to taste. Bake 350 deg for 30min. It had a good taste, but tomatoes were runny. I need to doctor it some.
