I found out on Thursday, the day after my surgery, that in the process of the surgery, I had gotten a collapsed lung. I told them that my chest hurt really bad, but they didn't listen to me. So I went home and the next day the visiting nurse came over to check on me and got NO chest sounds on my left side. I was then rushed to the hospital by ambulance and then did emergency surgery to re-inflate my left lung. They told me that a couple more hours and.... well, let's not go there, I am better now. I then developed pneumonia in my right lung. So I spend the better part of a week in the hospital with a chest tube hanging out of my left side and pneumonia in my right lobe. After much medication and lots of pain meds, I went home on Thursday. I am just not in the process of trying to catch up on the computer. I can't tell yo how many messages I have in my in-box, not to mention all the posts I have to read. The worst part is that I think I have missed some of the letters of the alphabets I was collecting. Well, I'll figureit out somehow. Thanks again for all your well wishes and prayers and I thought of you often. FYI - Got into an argument with the Charge Nurse about using the computer to send you a message, needless to say, I lost! Well it's good to be back. Eric
