You can use it as a guide, but you know the designs you collect the most. Just wright down all the different categories you can think of that you have and make one called Misc. Then make a folder for each category. when you find you are downloading a subject that you don't have a folder for, just put it in Misc. until you have time to make a new folder. Sure beats hunting for a loose design. for example: in my documents ,make a new folder and name it Charlie's Designs. Then open it and make all your sub folders. I learned this in my first software class and it sure comes in handy. I also print out all my designs as I down load them.

I think this organizer is the one I used a while ago (I know - I should remember!)...anyway - if it is the one, then it produces many (empty) files on your hard drive such as animals, alphabets,babys items, etc.... Then you just put your designs that you download in the appropriate file. I used it - and just deleted a few file that I didn't think I would use. It works great for me. I hope this post isn't toooooo vague!!

Thank you misscharlie. Can't believe it but I had all those folders except a few. :) I did get the Varsity Fonts. Just what I needed before football season starts. My grandson will be thrilled. Have a great day

This is very good for those that do not have the organizer set on their drives. I make a file for each digitizer that I use most often, and then have sub-files similar to this. Helps a lot.
