What's the worst that could happen? With FSL it's not on an already purchased item so the most you lose is thread and stabilizer. Go for it and have fun!!

Hi, marymoore, if you doing some FSL for a baby you should check out the pretty designs at Embroideryisland, it is own by emblibrary, they are not free, but sooooo cute.***

Haven't braved that yet. My mom did. She was THRILLED with the outcome but said it took a motherload of thread! :)
