ok getting confused here if you draw a design yourself free hand is it not your creation? i know i look at pics myself and change them in my mind free hand what is wrong with that

It is ok if you draw it yourself. But if you copy a picture it is not.This is for Australians but would apply also to others.
Open it and go to what does copyrite protect. then go to two dimentional images and click on Artwork.
