I use the Rayon: #1147 is the Christmas Red and #1051 is the Christmas Green. Rayon has a prettier sheen and I think they would be what you would like.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I think I will order the #1051 green. I appreciate your help. I have looked at both of those charts and neither one is really true colors. I have ordered from both and been suprised at what I got.

I use polyester Marathon thread quite a lot, and I love it. I have their thread chart, and I think that #2109 and #2244 are great Christmas greens.
