Testing this pattern as I had to modify the colours to match hand dyed fabric that is being used elsewhere on the project. Sorry the picture quality is not up to snuff - it's a bit dark.

A friend has asked me to do some embroidery on a prayer shawl for her pastor. 8 women each hand dyed fabric and hand stitch a block that was sewn to the shawl. I am putting this design (repeated in reverse to form a circle) on the collar area. I am also embroidering each lady's name on the back section of the shawl in tone-on-tone.
