I would love to know which sources- free, subscriptions, or purchased sets, are people's true favorites. Those of first choice, that almost always seem to stitch out well; good density for the type, no thread breaks, proper registration, etc. Thanks for your comments!! I need some positive direction. I feel lost in a sea of designs, with little time for editing.

You are on the best site! I have other sites I check out but this is the best by far. I have never been disappointed with any of Veroncia's designs.

Here you have a few of them, besides Cute. I am afraid that I don't have time to put all my favorites, but at least you get an idea! Enjoy visiting them.

This is the best site for free designs and links to sites with free designs. I didn't know there were so many freebies until I signed on to "Cute..."
My best purchased designs came from OESD and Anita-Goodesign. OESD has a few freebies. Designs from both sites can be purchased online or at a dealer.
Also, I've stitched out some of Sue Box's freebies. They're absolutely beautiful, so I plan to purchase some.

You have received such fabulous recommendations, there is no need to send you more. That could really possibly confuse you more. So many designs, so little time!

I want to thank everyone who has supplied some ideas or comment. I have many free designs, but always use a professional design for a project. There just isn't enough time to play with my toys. I also have a Designer 1 with an attitude. It seems to have expensive tastes. I guess I don't have enough time to give it the attention it needs. Thanks again; so many wonderful people!!!

Embroidery Library is my go to site. I have had no troubles with their designs, incredible selections and always great sales. I have purchased patterns from A Stitch A Half but have not tested them yet. I hav downloaded a lot of free patterns from all over the place, some with great results, some with not so great results... but heck, they are free so I can't complain! Good luck and welcome to the cute famimly. *4U for your bouquet.

You will find several people will steer you to places that are giving away designs right here. Just keep reading and they supply the links. I never knew that there were so many freebies out there until I started coming here. *4u

Hi, new Cutie, and Welcome. The designs here and Embroidery Library are most to my taste, and never a problem. I don't know what you use, but I don't use 'kid' designs, so I don't generally go where there are lots of those. I love the digitizing here on Cute, because it's not just an easy weave fill in most designs, these digitizers really 'draw' with thread. BFC Creations, also, for those wonderful 'windows' and super-intricate designs (ok, not that I actually sew them, but I would if I would make the time) and they have great samples. I don't collect millions of freebies that I won't get around to using. Best of luck to you!! Marji
