This design is apparently free if you put it in your basket and go through the checkout. This means providing personal information like full name and address. Companies do this for many reasons; the best is to build a base of potential customers, the worse is to sell to third parties. I do not know their purpose. It could even be an incentive design that goes with a purchase. Exe is an extension for a program file. Some designs from big companies actually install on your computer like a program. This company has really grown, and their designs are beautiful.
