Hi all - I'm back! ... and this is partly the reason I've been missing! My d-i-l has gone back to work and Rebecca, now 9 months old, is in a day nursery; Laura rang me and asked if I could make a tote bag for her to put all Rebecca's things in for the nursery and this is what I've made for her. The monkeys (from Embroidery Library) are stitched onto this mock-suede fabric and the rest of the bag is black-and-white gingham fabric with a mid-weight wadding quilting the bottom and sides. It's lined in gingham too and I have put pockets inside, one shaped to hold a bottle and another to hold her favourite book. Laura (and Rebecca) has yet to see it but I'm posting it off to them next week and I hope they'll like it. Love from Dianne x x x

Hi Dianned!
Beautiful job! Rebecca would love it! You ought to send it to the Embroidery library "SHOWCASE". I am sure they will display it. Keep up the good work.
