I have a qn. What is Angelina fibres and what does people normally use it for? :P Thanks

Angelina is shredded fibres suitable for making wings and other items with yr emb designs. The fibres are bonded together when using an iron. Yr Project must be placed under a sheet of paper and the iron must be on a silk setting.
