If all else fails if you have a Block alpha use that as an applique alpha.

Designs by Sick has one. I'll have to check to see if it has lc. Also, I have one from Five star Fonts called Wacky Wonky Applique Font. It is real cute!! I just checked Sick, Upper case only.

Marie from My embroidery Haven has one that she just started. She just sent out the letter G. I am sure that the other ones are in the yahoo group files. It is called AppliScript Alphabet. They are 4” upper case and matching lower case. This is a picture of the letters!
