Tried this as a possible little shower extra for my niece. Doesn't seem to me it is sturdy enough...This is the Iris Alpha without the Iris ....will have to check out the other tag it was regular and probably could use felt and some heavier stablizer...

If you are wanted it to be sturdier - you might stitch the base of it - another time - that might help.

It looks gr8 sq dancer but they do need to be sturdy If u don't think it is then try & beef it up some. *

Maybe back it with fabric before doing the outer stitches. It turned out very nicely.

Didn't have time to try again as I was flying to Toronto for the shower, but brought it along and will see what she thinks...I will try out the other versions once I get back home...thanks all for your comments...
