Looks very nice. did you do it on the tote or separately and sew it on later?

The design was embroidered on the pocket piece and then the bag was put together. There are a lot of pockets inside and out on this bag. The back pocket I put my Initials and a couple of paw prints in the gold color...it was a fun project...
