You need to upload a picture of the design and you need to upload the design in the sewing format(s) that you have. So, it is uploaded twice or more in a way. I'm looking forward to seeing what your design is. :-)

I'm trying to upload the granny I digitized. It has 12 color changes so what do I put in "Number"?
Finally figured out you have to put in every color you used so that you can give a color chart. lol some of my designs have many.........................

All I can say from looking at the upload section ( I don't have anything to upload but am very nosey) You have to fill out all of the areas. Upload image of design whether it is from your digi program or stitched out then further down there is an area for upload design and format. Hope this helps xoxox*
