No you do not use tulle to embroider on TP.
You use tulle (found at fabric stores)
for embroidering designs for soap.

Tulle is the very fine netting used mostly for wedding Veils. I use it instead of Water Soluable Stabilizer for FSL designs, like angels and bells etc. (christmas ornaments right now) I found it in a 5 in roll at the local wal-mart for under $3.00. If you buy yardage at the fabric store you can cut it into squares and use it to wrap the toilet paper rolls and then tie at top with ribbon. The design is actually stitched on the TP, not the tulle. :) You will only learn more at this site IF you ask questions...You are not a pain, you and the rest of us are learning from one another...WELCOME :)

Glad you are asking questions....You will find you are not the only one who wants an answer to your question most of the time. I know the instructions say don't sew out a dense design, but if you go look at some that we have done in the projects you will see if you use a med-heavy stabilizer you can pretty much put whatever you want on the TP.;)

I bought plastic or cellophane bags at Michael's and tie a craft type ribbon on top. If you have a really delicate and fussy design them wrap it in Tulle for a elegant prestation.

Someone here can pretty much walk u through whatever u r doing & r glad to do it. There are 2 types of Tulle. 1 is the good soft one used mainly for brides etc, the other is a cheaper type which comes stiffer, washing a few times softens it. It is good for crafts and for under dress to make them stand out. easier than starching a petticoat. used in dancers tu tus
