Break out the CROCK POT Recipes..:) My favorite ez one is: plop chicken in crockpot ..pour jar of salsa over top...put on cover, cook several hrs til done and serve over rice. What about YOU?

It used to be my favorite time... here in the NW it means rainy season so... don't blame me if I am not too excited! We had a taste of it for the past few days... and it does feel like a big pot of soup time to me. I love rain, but not everyday (or almost everyday), and almost all the time for months! Hey, but who is complaining... that is why things stay green. The nice thing about this, is that we see all sorts of birds come this way and rest for a while. Right now we have the Canadian Geese, but we receive visits by flocks of birds like Swans, and other geese. They are just lovely.

We are still in a draught here. I don't understand how we have so much water around us yet be hurting for it. hmmmm
