Kerry, what a find and the way that yu dressed it up - it is no wonder that you get comments on it - how adorable - it is wonderful and make even me - want to do the same on a skirt - more than likely - it will be a full one - rather than a straight one - Hehehe!

I can see what you would get compliments and for only a $4 skirt! lol You did such a professional looking job on this skirt. There isn't a soul that would suspect that you paid under $30 for it.
