Thank you Mary for posting the recipe. I'll admit it is good and looks pretty in the bowl!! I actually used more than two tomatoes because I wanted to cover the layer. You be your own judge or ask Lillian because she has made it for years. Enjoy!!!

u all r making me laugh, such a simple receipe but everyone likes it & yes I usually put more tomatoes than the receipe calls for, they make it look so colorful. Enjoy all of U who make it. Lillian
