outside edge? I have never tried the redwork before and I am so happy with the look. This quilt is going to a child in a hospital my first ever to a charity I want to make it right.

You are so safe I have already asked all the stupid questions! I am guessing that since it is a quilt you will have a backing on it, so it is not neccessary to remove all of the tear away from the design. I would tear away as much as I could tho. God bless you for your gift to the children*

I don't feel safe LOL knowing hardly anything about this but thank you I will tear was hoping you guys said NO you don't have to it will be fine there are about 12 5x7 and 20 4x4 designs I am putting on this quilt LOL

I think I would try to get as much off as possible. When it is washed it may eventually work it's way off and then you would have the loose stablizer in the quilt since it is a tear-a-away. It may or may not show, depending upon the fabric you used on the top.

the major fabric on the quilt blocks os white it will show probably LOL thought I was almost done now I guess have to remove stabilizer first before putting together lol

In my humble opinion,I hardily agree with clawton. It will begin to decompose after washing and will be loose and ruin the look of your beautiful quilt. Your other option would be to iron a piece of CoverTheBack over each square, but I'd still go with removal.;)
