My surgeon will be installing some new wiring under the base of my skull. The device will help to control the pain I am suffering from by using small jolts of electricity to shut off the pain in the bad occipital nerves.

If it works I will go back and they can do the longer, more detailed procedure and install an internal power pack too. Then, hopefully, no more daily, nightmarish, hideous headaches, no earaches and no neck pain...hurray!
The actual procedure will be at 10:30 a.m. est US tomorrow morning.

Wish me luck and send any extra 'warm, fuzzy' thoughts if you have a moment to spare. Prayers, recited mantras, meditations on healing, lighting of candles or incense, whatever it is that allows you to touch the face of your spiritual being in order to send healing power to others...it makes no difference to me. Such things have always been a great help for me when my friends have had time to give me such wonderful thing.

ANY form of POSITIVE energy will not go to waste, I assure you. I truly believe that once a body gets it's 'fill' the rest will spill out into the World and come upon another good soul who also needs such help. Energy never just disappears...it goes on forever until it meets a situation where it can make change in someone's life for the better.
