We may be a bunch of old fuddy duddies, but come on....we worry when some of you just disappear and don't tell us. We genuinely care about you guys. If you aren't going to be around for awhile, give us a heads up and someone will tell the others when asked....."Where is _________? I haven't seen her/him for ___days?" THIS IS THE VOICE OF A MOTHER..... You know who you are.....;)

dear Jerrilyn first of all I must say that this is really nice of you and shows that you really care but there are times in life when one needs a break or just decide to be a bit quiet in the background. It doesn't mean that we "youngsters" do not care. We all have our problems to face and some of us may prefer not to share them or are just not ready to so we sometimes take 'time out'. There are times when one doesn't have much time or doesn't feel too talkative. And really Jerrilyn, I for one do not consider you a bunch of old fuddy duddies despite the fact that most of you are more than old enough to be my mum. But its wonderful to come online and find someone that cares about you even if that person doesn't know you personally, thank you.

My mistake....I should have referenced the conversation that this was derived from....just some of my silly humor. I wasn't chastising anyone, really. We were just discussing how we notice when one is missing. I hope you weren't offended.;)

It really does concern most of us when one of our Cuties is absent, especially since there are quite a few of us who are, shall we say, nicely aged.
And also many, who we know, are dealing with health issues, so of course we worry if we don't hear from someone, and when the days creep into weeks and there is no contact, we worry even more.
We may only be friends online but i really believe we share a genuine love for each other.
So please, just let us love you and care about you and allow yourself to feel secure that we are here when ever you need a true friend.
hugs, love and roses to all, Meganne

Still here. I'm on dial-up, so it's been slow and frustrating. I hope that everyone is doing okay. It's sort of a scary world out there right now.
