Many of you know I drive school bus for a living, what you may not know is that I absolutely LOVE my job. Every year I decorate the inside of the bus for holidays. The kids love it and so do most of the parents in previous yrs I made decorations and so did the children, kleenex ghosts, construction paper witches and whatnot. I even run halloween light around the inside of the bus. This year I can make FSL decorations! I am so excited to get the bus decorated, so any help in finding designs is greatly appreciated. Thank you from me and the children!

Oh I forgot to mention I never took pictures of my bus before because I never had anyone to share them with. Now I do and I will post pictures of it when it is done!

Neat idea, Charlie!! If I come across any FLS ghosts, etc, I'll sure let you know. I know I've seen some, but not using them (no kids), I don't remember where. Hugs, Marji

You sound like such a wonderful bus driver! I'm a teacher (currently on leave of absence), so I can totally relate about wanting to decorate for the kids!! I don't know of any FSL designs, but I'll post if I happen to come across any! *

here is some info i got from a friend when someone was looking for a fsl clown

I haven't seen a FSL clown ornament....but I read somewhere that you can make any embroidery design mimic FSL by stitching the design onto a layer of tulle & WSS .... then remove the design (you will have to trim the tulle closely/carefully around the design).. and soak in water to dissolve the WSS (which will make the design stiff like FSL)

I haven't tried this method myself...but it makes sense to me I'd choose the tulle color according to the main color of the clown..or use white, or creme, or lt pale yellow (a color that will blend in with the other thread colors).

Make sure you change your bobbin, to the top thread color, with each color change, if you want the clown reversible.

I have been stitching FSL x-mas designs on 2 layers of tulle /no wss. They come out really nice. TV time is used to trim the xcess tulle. I did bells, angels and the x-mas pickle. I added rhinestones to the clanger with glue.

That's what I did before I even heard of FSL and used the results for Christmas cards and so on.

Another suggestion - stitch Halloween designs on felt then cut them out - you could glue another cut out felt on back side.
