a website while I had my machine hooked up to computer and downloaded an active sink repair straight to machine. Isn't this wonderful. It is fixed!!!! Sure beats taking machine in. I have a Bernina 730E. I don't know if other brands of machines offer this service, but it is certainly a selling point, especially if service isn't close by. I am so thrilled!!!

thats realy great for you,i'm glad your machine is fixed so you can embroider again,i know what it is when your machine is broken,last year my machine has to broken pieces and i have to mis my machine for 4 weeks till it was repaird,lucky now problems anymore

I feel for you...the last time I had to take my machine in to repair it was a week, I think he fixed it faster because I kept stopping by every other day. Don't ya just feel like you've lost something when machine isn't right?
