Thanks! I've tried different methods, but find that using sticky stabilizer works best. I lay the pieces onto the stabilizer which holds it while I stitch it on the machine with a few satin stitches. Remove the stabilizer and your doily is done. (May have to use tweezers to get the small pieces of stabilizer out of the stitched areas.)
