I made this quilt for my late brothers son for his 21 st Birthday. While Waynne was recouperating with me, he chose the designs and had a say in the colours. I changed it a bit. the Animals are Aussie animals and from Brother. The Flowers in the Corners are Also Aussie flowers and from Brother too. The colours were chosen for the " Outback" Very Frust-trating trying to work out the "trouble free triangles" Yeah right EASY. you've got to be kidding. He was very touched. Sorry the photo is not clear , but hopefully you get the idea

It's a lovely quilt. I always get a bit ssupicious when something is reckoned to be easy or trouble free; compared to what I want to know. But all your work resulted in something very special.

Thank you Mops. Rowan cried when he read the message on the back of his Quilt, as his Dad wasn't there to see it either.

thank you so much Hilde. BUT he is my NEPHEW. It was my brother who helped in choosing the colours and designs. Sadly as you may be aware, my brother is with us now more.

Ros, very nice job and I know your brother is very proud of you work from above and has approved of the final project - I am sure your nephew will treasure it all the days of his life. Would you share what you wrote on the label or is that too personal for here? *4U

thank you Shirley. Not it;s not too personal. I think that I wrote" Chose by your Father and made with love by Aunty Ros 2000 " something like that. I know that he broke down when he read it. Rowan , never shows emotion, but this was an exception
