Does anyone have the Brother PR-620. That is what I have been using since March. I upgraded from the brother PE-150. But I'm having a couple of problems and wanted to see if anyone else was

well it is a 6 needle machine and the 2 needle, I cant seem to get the tension set correctly. The closest dealer is about 150 miles away and thats where I bought it. I just hate to have to pack up my machine and take it in for something that should be so simple

that machine is way out of my league, but perhaps you can call the dealer and explain it to them and see if they will save you the trip? Help you by trouble shooting over the phone.

I have the 6 needle Baby lock Professional Embroidery Brother makes Baby lock. I don't have any problem with my 6 needles. If the top tension is not working, maybe you need to adjust the bottom bobbin case tension. The allen ranch can adjust each needle's tension. Of course, you use the allen ranch put on the 2nd needle to adjust the tension. Hope that will help. We love our 6 needles even though we did not get it brand new.
