lol u guys are silly weekly i am lucky to get about 10-12 hors yes ina 7 day period it is the bipolar in me i refuse to take meds to sleep

Welcome a flower for you (*4U). This is a very good question since I had one of those viruses. Be sure to have virus protection software and that it's on when you download. Better yet have it on when you are online. I learned my lesson the hard way.
