You are welcome!!! I have a surprise for you! I finally got the riser made that you sent me instructions for. It is a long story. They actually only charged me $40. because of all the delays and inconveniences. The first price had been $50. I haven't used it for it's purpose yet, but placed it under machine and left it as I like the added height. Less strain on my neck!!!!

Why do you rise the machine up?
Glad you were finally able to get the riser adapted for your machine katydid..I also find it feels better having it under the machine making me sit up straighter. I hope you will have good use for it now you have managed to finally get it finished. Hugs G xxx

So glad you got the Y Katydid ,Very nice. I read about using the plastic door stops ( you can get a pack of three at the dollar store. ) under the back of the machine . It lets you set up straighter especially at the sewing machine. A flower for you
