On the top left of the screen, look under your screen name and avatar where it syas "My account". Click there and a new page will open with 3 diferent menus: "my profile", "membership" and "My projects". Click on the + (plus sing) on my projects and it will show an option for posting a project.

The other way is by looking on the right top corner of the projects section, there is a button (just like the one ask the community) that says "upload your project" click on it and is pretty simple from there. Welcome to cute, hope to see your projects soon. *
