This is a couple of cards I have made.
In Australia we are making various cards, they are stickers which you stick on the cards and then embroider them, decorate as you like to complete them.

What part is embroidered? They are so pretty.

On the wings of the butterflies you will see various colours which is part of the embroidery
On the stickers there are dots which you have to prick first so you can embroider it

Dixie, am I to understand that this is hand embroidery right? These are lovely - where can one get a set of these?

In Australia we can buy a packet of stickers lots of different designs. I will put a few others up for you to see. The butterflies comes with 3 large ones that I have used, then I put them on a colour sheet of paper before I worked them Yes they are hand embroidered.
