Please check out AStitchAHalf. She has some of the best FSL lace and she has a huge sale on now, ***75%*** off.
Otherwise you could do a search on Google.
Embroidery Library also has an FSL cowgirl hat but it's probably too large for earrings.
I would offer to make it for you but I have a few too many projects to complete now, so would not be able to squeeze it in until at least NEXT week.
If you're not in any hurry, you could email me and let me know exactly what you are looking for, but I'd suggest you have a look through the Hats designs at Emblibrary to get an idea of what you would like it to look like, if you're not sure what you want.
