This makes me unsure how the voting works. It is hard to chose, because there are soooo many to vote for each day. How many times can we vote in one day?? Thanks, and hugs.

You can only vote once each day per pattern/design. I always click on the tab for "Top in 24hr". That shows you precisely which ones are getting the most votes. Sometimes the ones that come up on the first page look like they have a lot of votes (and they do) but not necessarily have the MOST votes. If that makes sense?
