If the zip file won't open, the file could be corrupted. Inform the owner to put the uncorropted zip file.

Did you open the design in the format that your machine needs??? Like Pes. Vip. vp3. DST. XXX. or whatever. You have to choose your format first and then you can download. Good luck with your downloading and welcome to this site. Its good to see you arround here.

What is your format? Maybe someone with same format has experienced same problem and can help you.

I wish I could help you, but I have 3D emb software, and it and WinZip take care of whatever format I choose. If they don't have HUS as an option, I use PES. Hope you get someone who can help you. **

I am a little confused. The design files are not in zip version. They are single files and don't need to be unzipped. Are you trying to load them into your machine or open them on your computer?.

i tryed to open them and and they won't load either what am I doing wrong.Do you have to put them in your machine when they come up I was trying to save them on a disk

Try something different. When you click on the download it also gives you the option to have them e-mailed to you. See if they open then. You are saving them on your computer first and then on disk. No need to put them into the machine till you are ready to use them.

Thanks everyone,I finally got it to work I had to drop it in to an unzipped folder then went into my 4d organizer where my embroidery files are and clicked on the unzipped folder there they were. I'm not a computer expert either. it took me a while to get this right .Now I know how to do these. Thanks again to everyone who tried to help you are all a great bunch of people
