I believe you can only give a flower to someone who posted a Q or A. I think you can give flower to someone posted a project in the show off area. Other than that, there is no place can give flower.

Mariana, if we knew who it was - we could help you find a place that they may have commented or asked a quesiton or posted a project - but if they have not - there is no way. Now just to the right of her - you can put their name - if they have made in comments in the Q&A area and you haven't already given them a flower - you might look at that area - to see if you can find a place to give them one at - does that make sense? Bookmarks, projects and community are the only flower giving tabs. If you click on the cuties name that will give you a list of all the posts the cutie has made and you can give a flower that way. Or do a search on the right hand side search bar and type in the cuties name and that will show you some of that persons posts in projects. GL *
