can anyone tell me when yu click the download on a free embroidery where does it go to . mine are comingup as a zip file then won't open

Yes, they are most often zip files. When you download them, you need to select where you want them saved before clicking "save". Then go to the folder where you saved the file and Right click the file and select "Extract All" and follow the instructions. Let me know if you need any more help.

be sure to delete any of the formats you don't use..the less you save the more room you have...try to also right click on the picture and save it for your design format. too often i forget what they are if i don't/

Yes, good advice. All zip files need to be unzipped or they are not usuable. Start a folder system like a filing cabinet so they will be organized and you know where they are.

Are you talking about the files here on Cutee or somewhere else? The files from here in my case were never zipped.
