Ouch and ops... *** My mother crochet a bedspread 20 yrs ago. When she presented the gift to me, she apologized for staining it with a tiny blot of blood in one corner. Last yr I embroidered a quilt for her. While hand stitching the hem, sure enough, I pricked my finger and stained the quilt. Both items made with lots of love and done with "blood, sweet and tears"... ha.. Hugs, from Mary, Melbourne

I have pricked my fingers any times while pinning.. if can really hurt sometimes.. i hope yours is ok!!
and heres a little kinda gross "fact" not sure how true.. but worked for us!! when i was in design school.. someone pricked their finger and bled on their garment and she said if you put your own spit on the blood before it dries.. then the salvia will break down the blood so it doesnt stain... it worked for us!! So just a tip you can try next time if you like!! but hopefully there wont be a next time!!
