The designs here at Cutie are individual since you choose the format. On other sites they are often zipped because they have more formats lumped together. When you hover over the design just click on them and a box will appear asking you to open or save. Copy or move will not work. I would save them so you can check them for virus. Just know where you are saving them to. Hope this helps.

Sometime ago my PC decided it wanted my winzip to take over my downloads. I don't like that so on most designs I right click and "save target as" and then choose the folder I want to save in. This does not work on all sites, some are copy protected and it won't permit a right click. You can try right clicking and see if that helps. Another suggestion is reboot your PC it may have a glitch and just need to refresh it's self. So do a restart. Hope this helps!*

Please completely shut down your computer, not restart, give it 5 minutes to rest, then reboot.
