just put clipart in you search engine....What saying are you going with?

Clip art is a good answer, or google up Sayings/coffee mugs/ gifts. U should b able to find something on the Internet, or check out a giftware shop that sells things like that & see what they have, u can always revise something to suit your needs. Sometimes Large fabric shops sell items like that for gift giving, u might could get ideas from there.

Could not find ANYTHING when I googled / searched on the internet! Perhaps I am doing it wrong (?)!

I would like to find a pic of a woman sitting at a sewing machine stitching a piece of patchwork fabric or something similar OR Quilt/s / Stashes of Fabric in the background!

Have not decided on the sayng as yet until I find the Picture - just feel I need a picture to match the saying if that makes sense to you?

Oh yes - the picture does not need to be multi-colour - it can be just black & white too!
