The rapairman was able to save my documents (I did have back ups.) Today, I was trying to embroider, first stitch and the needle broke. In the next two hours of trying to embroider, I broke 3 more needles and bent one. The thread kept breaking and finally, the embroidery arm would not calibrate. Of course I need to machine to do some crafts for upcoming craft fair. When it rains, it pours. Thanks for letting me vent!

Also happened to me...cost me 199.00 to repair 'Ad on' and spy virus .... Now I'm updated and have a new Virus Scan (on ALL the time) It has found several viruses already on some of the free sites we all visit, so be CAREFUL !!!!!!!

Hope things get "fixed" soon! It's always worse when you are under a bit of pressure, knowing that you need to get those crafts done. Big hugs!!

Thanks everyone for the nice thoughts. My computer cost $189.00 to repair, I sure hope the embroidery machine will not cost an arma and a leg to get it repaired. Really can't afford these types of costs, especially this close to Christmas. Oh well!
