Hi, Dixie. Yes, unfortunately, there has been a change at Designs by SiCK when it comes to the free designs. There were some site difficulties that made it necessary to take down the free hourly and hunt designs (we hope it is only temporary), and you now have to sign in to get the daily design.

To sign in, you have to have registered on the forums there, and made at least one post. As the forum moderator, I have to say that it is INSANE right now. Many people are upset and not hesitating to voice their feelings.

I am supposed to review all the posts (to make sure there isn't any spam/garbage being posted) and it is exhausting me. I hope that the flood of posts slows down again soon.

If you would like to join and make a single simple post, just go here: http://www.designsbysick.com/forums/showthread.php?t=944 and say "checking in" or something. Of course, if you would like to actually be part of the forum "family", I'd like that. :)

I joined & posted cutiepie, & u did not receive a disgruntled reply from me. LOL I know change is something a lot of people do not like but sometimes it is very necessary. *4U dear

Is that the twins I see you holding! I did join and make a comment. It seems to be ok now. But figureing out to make that comment and use the site was a challenge.

Yep, that's me and the twins. It is several months old already, so someday soon I will update the pic. =]

Thanks, Lbrow and Clawton, for joining the SiCK forum and being your usual sweet selves.

Well, I don't think signing in should be a problem for anyone, you need to sign in here to get free designs, too. I think a major problem was that the computer that automatically generates the hourly freebie & hunt messed up, and at the same time we were supposed to sign in & go to the forum, the whole forum format changed! I've been at SiCK quite a while now, and I'm confused, too. Hang in there, everyone, it has to get better! Good luck, Cutiepie, you deserve a medal!!! Marji

I dumped them from my favorites, too much trouble to get the free designs. There are plenty other sites for free designs including right here. This is the best site out there.

I am just happy coming here you get so many links to freebies here to. I don't even need to go to all of them I am pretty choosie these days. What's the old saying 'A change is as good as a holiday' I'm sure we all have way too many designs anyway...or do I speak for myself...hehehe....
