Attach a med weight cut away with temporary adhesive spray and top with water soluable stabilizer to keep the stitches from burrowing into the fabric (same as t-shirt).

Very good advise from jrob. I use sticky backing and water soluable on the top, you may want to raise your embroidery foot too. Keep trying though it's worth it in the end!!!!

I was going to tell you the same thing as "jrob" medium stabilizer under held in place with temp. adhesive spray ...just a small amount...then put water soluable stabilizer on top. It's easy to remove just a damp cloth or a spritz from a water bottle. I tried the sticky backing but had trouble removing it after....maybe "smoke1275" can help me wiht that...how do you remove the sticky? It seems to work ok for you. Looks like your question has been answered. Stabiliser is essential with fleece to stop it stretching. The sewing looks good when finished
